Booking & Deposits
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are accepted via e-transfer.
- Your deposit is applied to the final balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
- Customers more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
